喜炎平佐治有机磷中毒致呼吸肌麻痹并发呼吸机相关肺炎疗效观察

目的观察喜炎平注射液辅助治疗急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)致呼吸肌麻痹(RMP)并发呼吸机相关肺炎(VAP)的临床效果。方法60例AOPP致RMP并发VAP患者随机分为试验组和对照组,两组患者均给予舒巴坦钠/头孢哌酮钠2.0g/12h静脉滴注,试验组在此基础上给予喜炎平注射液300mg静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程7d,在疗程结束时比较两者的疗效。结果试验组总有效率和细菌消除率(分别为88.89%和72.73%)高于对照组(分别为69.23%和52.38%)(P<0.05)。未见明显不良反应。结论喜炎平注射液是一种安全有效的治疗AOPP致RMP并发VAP的辅助药物。

Curative effects of XiYanping injection as a adjutant on ventilator associated pneumonia complicated with acute organophosphorts pesticide poisoning

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of XiYanping injection as a adjutant on ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP)complicated with respiratory muscle paralysis(RMP)caused by acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,all the patients were given 2.0 g of sulbactam/cefoperazone per 12 hours by intravenous drip for 5 days,on the basis of the above mentioned treatment,the patients in experiment group were given 300 mg of XiYanping injection per day by intravenous drip for 7 days.Then their curative effects were compared each other at the end of period of treatment separately.Results The evaluation at the end of period of treatment:the total effectualness and elimination of bacterium of the experiment group(88.89% and 72.73% respectively)were notably higher than the matched control(69.23% and 52.38% respectively)(all P<0.05).There were not any obvious untoward reaction.Conclusion Xiyangping injection is a secure and effectual adjutant on RMP caused by AOPP complicated with VAP.
