宁波市三级医院护士工作满意度和职业需求特征调查及管理对策

目的了解宁波市护士的工作满意度和职业需求，提出管理对策。方法自行设计护士工作满意度调查表和职业需求问卷，对宁波市200名护士进行问卷调查，运用SAS8．0统计软件、Excel2001软件对数据进行统计描述及排序。结果护士工作满意度前3位条目分别为家人支持、护士人际关系、护士长管理方式，护士对社会地位、劳动价值、奖金分配的不满意程度呈递减趋势。职业需求以保障护士人身安全为首要，其次为获得患者及家属的尊重理解、科内护士工作伙伴的协作精神。结论护士工作满意度的提高有赖于社会对护理工作的认同以及对护士劳动价值的肯定，同时营造良好的职业环境，确保护士工作的安全性。
