| Chain Conformation and Bioactivity of Lentinan | |
| 摘 要： | The chain conformation of Lentinan, a (1→3)-(-D-glucan having (1→6) branching, from Lentinus edodes in 0.9% NaCl aqueous solution and dimethylsulfoxide (Me_2SO) was investigated by size-exclusion chromatography combined with multi-angle laser light scattering (SEC-LLS), LLS, and viscometry.
