| 摘 要： | 目的一种治疗髌骨骨折的内固定方法.方法PDS线环行加"8"字内固定治疗髌骨骨折30例.结果随访12～18个月,平均15个月,优23例,良4例,可3例.优良率90%.结论pDS线环行加"8"字内固定是治疗髌骨骨折的有效方法,无需二期手术取出内固定.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study an internal fixation method for patella fracture. Method: PDS suture was adopted round and in the shape of "8" to treat 30 cases with patella fracture by internal fixation. Result: they were followed up for 12~18 months, 15 months on average, excellence in 23, good in 4, fair in 3. The excellent and good rate were 90%. Conclusion: PDS suture adopted round and in the shape of "8" is an effective therapy for patella fracture,which entails the advantage free of removing the internal fixation apparatus. |
