| 摘 要： | 目的提高体外冲击波碎石术（ESWL）治疗孤立肾结石的治疗水平。方法回顾性分析2001年8月～2005年9月该院诊治31例孤立肾合并上尿路结石接受液电式低电压体外冲击波碎石患者的临床资料。结果31例患者28例治疗成功，2例患者改行其他方法治疗。结论选择合适的患者，术前留置输尿管双J管，采用低电压体外冲击波碎石有利于提高孤立肾结石碎石成功率，减少并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective] To improve the treatment of solitary kidney calculi with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Methods] Clinical resources of 31 cases of patients with solitary kidney calculi treated with low voltage electrohydraulic extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy from August,2001 to September,2005 were studied retrospectively.Results] Of all 31 cases,28 cases were treated successfully,while other 2 cases failed and required for other measurements.Conclusions] Selection of appropriate patients,placement of Double-J ureteral tube aforehand,and application of low voltage extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy all benefit the free of solitary kidney calculi and help to reduce the complications. |
