白细胞介素18与黄芪注射液对病毒性心肌炎的疗效对比

摘    要:目的 :比较白细胞介素 1 8(IL 1 8)与黄芪注射液对病毒性心肌炎 (VMC)的疗效。方法 :用柯萨奇病毒B3 m(CVB3 m)感染Balb/c小鼠制备VMC小鼠模型 ,然后分别给予IL 1 8及黄芪注射液治疗 8d ,观察小鼠发病情况 ,并在不同时段检测心肌组织病毒滴定度、心肌病理积分 ,并进行比较。结果 :IL 1 8治疗组及黄芪治疗组较心肌炎对照组症状减轻 ,生存率提高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,病毒滴定度降低 ,病理改变减轻 ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;IL 1 8组与黄芪组比较 ,前者生存率较高 ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,病毒滴定度和病理积分均低于后者 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :IL 1 8与黄芪注射液对VMC均有治疗作用 ,前者疗效更优于后者

Comparison of the Effect of Interleukin-18 and Radix Astragal on Viral Myocarditis Induced by Coxsackievirus B3

Abstract:Objective: To compare the effect of interleukin 18,anewly iclentified cytokine,with that of Radix Astragal injection,on treating viral myocarditis induced by CVB 3. Methods: 65 Balb/c mice infected with CVB 3 were divided into three groups at random. 20 cases of them were given periodically murine IL 18 (1 μg·d -1 ) for 8 days (group IL 18); 20 cases of them were given injection of Radix astragal (10 g·kg -1 ·d -1 ) for 8 days (group Radix astragal); 25 cases of them were only given 0.2 ml normal saline for 8 days (control group). The viral titer of the heart was detected on day 5 and 8, and the myocardial inflammatory change was observed under pathologic pictures on day 5,8 and 15. Results: The 14 day survival rate in group Radix astragal was 75%,while the rate in the group IL 18 increased to 90% (χ 2=0.69,P>0.05). The viral titer of the heart on days 5 and 8 was significantly lower (P<0.01) in group IL 18 compared to the group Radix astragal. Mice in group IL 18 had less myocardial necrosis and cellular infiltration than the Radix astragal, and there was significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: Both IL 18 and Radix astragal can prevent virus from damaging myocardium, and IL 18 is superior to the later.
