双项目同测法测定ALT和AST

目的 探讨双项目同测法与单项目测定法测定ALT和AST结果的差异。方法 分别使用双项目同测法和单项目测定法测定定值血清和30例样本ALT和AST含量,并将定值质控血清分别做日内、日间精密度测定。结果 两方法测定结果相关性良好,γ=0.999,检测结果差异无显著性(P>0.05),ALT和AST日内变异分别为2.63％、2.47％,日间变异分别为3.84％、3.77％。结论 双项目同测法可以节约仪器通道,提高工作效率,节约资源,有一定推广应用价值。

Measurement of ALT and AST by Twin-Test Assay

Objective: To explore the difference of ALT and AST results measured by twin - test assay and one - test assay. METHODS: Quantitative serum and 20 samples were measured ALT and AST by twin - test and one - test assay, respectively. Round - to - round and day - to - day precision test were employed with quantative. RESULTS:The two methods correlated well in measuring ALT and AST(r = 0.999) , and no significant difference of their results was found(P > 0.05). The round - to - round - day precision test variation of ALT and AST was 2.63% and 2.47%, respectively, and the day - to - day precision test variation was 3.84% and 3.77%, respectively. CONCLUSION: Twin - test assay would improve the efficiency and economy, which is worth widespreading.
