| 摘 要： | 作者检测了２３例卵巢恶性肿瘤、２７例卵巢良性肿瘤患者及２２例健康人的红细胞免疫功能。结果发现：卵巢恶性肿瘤患者红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环（ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂＲ）明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１），而红细胞免疫复合花环（ＲＩＣＲ）显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０００１）。血清中红细胞知性因子对红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环促进率降低，而抑制率升高。红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力亦显著下降。

| Abstract: | This article reports the detection of red blood cell immue function in three groups. 23 malignant ovarian tumor, 27 benign ovarian tumor, 22 normal control persons. We found that red blood cell C3b receptor rosette (RBC-C3bR) of the malignant ovarian tumor group was lower than that of the benign and control group (P<0.01) and the RBC immune complex rosette (RICR) of the later was higher (P<0.0001). Serum immune activity factor encouraging rate (RFER) to RBC-C3b R was lower, inhibitory rate (RF1R) was higher and red blood cell tumor rosette (RBC-CaR) was markedly decreased in the malignant ovarian tumor group |
