| 摘 要： | 了解膈神经移位治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤对呼吸功能的影响。方法：选取１４例小儿臂丛神经根性撕脱伤患者，应用膈神经移位治疗。结果：膈神经切断前后，患儿的潮气量、呼吸频率、呼气未二氧化碳分压、脉搏血氧饱和度比较，两者无明显差异。结论：单侧膈神经移位，对患儿呼吸功能无显著影响

| Abstract: | The influence of phrcnic nerve transfer on respiratory function were investigated in 14 patients aged form 3 to 8 years old ) suffered from brachial plexus roots avulsion .The measurements of respiratory fre - luency, oxygen situation , partial pressure of carbon dioxide showed no significant d ifference ( p < 0 . 05 ) after ohrenic nerve transfer . Our results reveqigd that ipsilateral phrenic nerve transfer has no detrimental effect on respiratory function, so it might be considered safe to transfer phrenic nerve for the treatment of brachial plexus boots avulsion . |
