建立现代医院经营管理机制的探讨

该文总结了现行医院管理体制存在卫生投入不足与服务效率低下并存、无序竞争激烈与市场开发不足并存、人际缺乏诚信与医患关系紧张并存等几方面问题后,提出医院管理者必须转变管理理念,建立现代医院营销观,推进医疗机构管理体制改革,实行所有权与经营权分离的国有民营经营管理体制或股份制改造等形式进行转制,使事业性的医院向非营利组织的服务贸易法人单位转移,从现代化医院财务管理、人力资源管理与服务产品开发、树立团队运行机制等途径实行经营管理机制改革.

Discussion on constituting mechanism of modern hospital management

Insufficient health input with low efficiency of service, out of order drastic competition with lack of market developing, and lack of honest with the strain relationship between doctor and patient in the present hospital management system were concluded. The hospital managers need necessary to change the idea of management, constituting the modern hospital market concept, putting forward the system reform on medical institution management, carrying out the state-owned marketing management system with the division of property right and manage right was put forward. It also put forward to transiting by the form of reconstructing the joint-stock system to make the enterprise form of hospital transfer to nonprofit organization service trade corporation, to carrying out the reform on marketing management mechanism by hospital financial management, human resource management and developing product of service and creating team working mechanism.
