| 摘 要： | 通过文献分析和比较研究，从宏观理论、能力标准、能力开发、绩效评价等角度梳理了国内外远程教育人力资源管理的主要成果，对国内研究中凸显的“两少两弱”现象进行了总结，分析了问题的成因，并提出了加大非教师群体研究、重视方法框架构建以及重视应用研究等改进策略。
