摘    要:根据医学高等专科学校人才培养目标,通过校内评价和社会评价相结合的方式,对教学团队、理论教学、实验室建设、实验教学、临床实习教学及教师个人素质进行了多元化综合评价,从而有力地促进了人才培养目标的实现。

Abstract:According to the targets of medical college talents cultivation,a diversified and comprehensive evaluation by the university and the society is made regarding teaching team,theory teaching,laboratory construction,experiment teaching,clinical practice teaching and teachers' personal quality.It has promoted the realization of talent cultivation targets.
