摘    要:针对英语教学存在的问题,依据混合式学习和建构主义学习理论,设计了“4+2+2+X”课程模式,并应用于教学实践。同时指出该模式不仅可以实现“减时增效”的教学目的,而且有助于提高医学生英语综合素质和培养其自主学习能力。

Abstract:In view of the problems in English teaching at present and according to integral learning and constructivist learning theories,we designed the curricular mode of 4+2+2+X and put it into English teaching practice.The paper points out that this mode can not only realize the English goal of less time and higher effectiveness but also improve medical students' comprehensive English quality and cultivate their autonomous learning ability.
