| 摘 要： | 目的：分析心血管X综合征临床特点，并探讨其发病机制。方法：回顾性总结13例x综合征临床特点，有创及无创检查情况。结果：心血管X综合征临床表现、无创检查结果与冠心病相同，但冠状动脉造影正常。结论：冠状动脉造影对此病诊断十分重要，冠状动脉微小血管病变及血管内皮功能损伤是心血管X综合征发病机制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristic and the pathogenesis of cardiac syndrome X. Methods: 13 cases with syndrome X were diagnosed by selective coronary arteriography. Clinical features, examined results and treated effect were analyzed. Results: Except coronary arteriography was normal, clinical characteristic, electrocardiogram, clinical test, echocardiography and myocardial perfusion imaging were extremely same with coronary heart disease. Conclusion: Selective coronary arteriography is very important for syndrome X. Coronary microvascular disease and endothelial dysfunction is the pathogenesis of cardiac syndrome X. |
