| 摘 要： | 各种特异性脑显像剂不断被推广应用,使放射性核素显像从诊断中枢神经系统疾病和监测疗效发展到观察特异性变化的阶段。简述了帕金森病、癫痫、痴呆、药物成瘾、精神疾病、脑功能活动等核素显像的临床应用及近期研究进展。

| Abstract: | Development of site-specific brain radiopharmaceuticals extends the the functional neuroimaging applications in the diagnosis and monitoring treatments of various neurologic and psychiatric disorders.This article highlights recent advances and clinical applications of the functional neuroimaging in Parkinson disease,epilepsy,dementia,substance abuse,psychiatric disorders and brain functional research. |
