| 摘 要： | 目的检测肝细胞癌患者外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell,PBMC)膜表面Fas配体(Fas ligand,FasL)水平,并探讨其在肝细胞癌发生机制中的作用及意义。方法用免疫组化法分别检测了31例肝细胞癌患者及20例正常人PBMC细胞膜表面FasL表达。结果肝细胞癌患者PBMC细胞膜表面FasL阳性细胞百分率为64.0±7.8%,明显高于正常对照组(40.7±8.6%)(t=4.634,p<0.01)。肝细胞癌患者FasL阳性细胞百分率与CD8+T淋巴细胞数量之间存在正相关关系(r=0.547,p<0.05),而与CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞之间无相关性。结论肝细胞癌患者PBMC膜表面FasL表达增强有利于肿瘤细胞的清除。
