罂硝软膏防治静脉炎的疗效观察

目的:探讨罂硝软膏防治静脉炎的效果。方法:将Ⅰ度静脉炎患者83例、Ⅱ度静脉炎患者60例分别随机分为治疗组及其对照组,对149例无静脉炎者采用自身对照法,分别观察罂硝软膏治疗和预防静脉炎的效果。结果:Ⅰ度静脉炎的治愈率A组为91.49%,B组25.0%;Ⅱ度静脉炎的治愈率C组为83.87%,DD组58.62%,各度两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);预防静脉炎实验组Ⅱ度静脉炎发生率为1.34%,对照组11.41%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:罂硝软膏防治静脉炎效果满意,值得临床推广。

Observation of effective outcome of papaverine-nitroglycerin ointment in the prevention and treatment of phlebitis.

Objective: To study the effectiveness of papaverine-nitroglycerin ointment in the prevention and treatment of phlebitis.Methods: 83 patients with phlebitis in first degree and 60 patients with phlebitis in second degree were respectively taken as treatment group and control group,at the same time 149 people with no phlebitis were studied by auto-control.Observation of the effectiveness of papaverine-nitroglycerin ointment in the treatment and prevention was made.Results: The curative rate of phlebitis in first degree was 91.49%(25.0% in the control group).The curative rate of phlebitis in second degree was 83.87%(58.62% in the control group).There was significant difference in the comparison of each degree of the two groups(P<0.05).In the prevention group,the incidence of phlebitis in second degree was 1.34%,and was 11.41% in the control group.The much significant difference was found between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Papaverine-nitroglycerin ointment is very effective in the prevention and treatment of phlebitis and should be more used in clinical practice.
