肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的影像学表现(附12例分析)

目的　提高对肾盂输尿管连接部 (PUJ)梗阻的认识及病因诊断。方法　复习 12例PUJ梗阻患者的影像及临床资料 ,分析其影像表现与病因。结果　先天性狭窄 5例 ,炎性狭窄 2例 ,息肉 1例 ,纤维束带 1例 ,输尿管高挂 1例 ,输尿管瓣膜 1例 ,迷走血管 1例。全部病例均经手术证实。结论　X线尿路造影及MRU对PUJ梗阻的诊断最有效 ,可以作出部分病因诊断

The imaging findings of pyeloureteric junction obstruction(analysis of 12 cases)

Objective To improve the recognition and the diagnosis to the cause of pyeloureteric junction(PUJ) obstruction.Methods The imaging and clinic materials of 12 cases were reviewed;in addition, the imaging findings and causes were analysed.Results congenetal stenosis 5 cases,inflammatory stenosis 2 cases,polyp 1 case,fibrors band 1 case,high positioned ureter 1 case,ureteric valve 1 case,vagrant vessel 1 case.All cases were attested by operation.Conclusions X ray urography and MRU are the most efficient ways to the diagnoses of PUJ obstruction.They can diagnosis some causes.
