Smac与恶性血液病

摘    要:Smac是一种存在于线粒体中,并具有调节细胞凋亡功能的蛋白质。Smac可释放入胞质,参与广泛的生物学效应。研究发现,Smac与恶性血液肿瘤的发生、发展、预后及化疗的耐受有关。了解Smac的生物学功能及其与恶性血液肿瘤的关系,选择性地调控其生物学活性,可能为恶性血液肿瘤的治疗提供一个新的途径。

Abstract:Smac is present in the mitochondria and an adjustment of apoptosis protein. Smac can release from mitochondria to cytoplasms. Smac can be observed in many biological effects. Many study indicated that Smac correlates with prognosis and drug resistance of malignant hematologic disorder besides neoplasm genesis and growth. We can selectively regulate Smae biologic activity after explore Smac biological functions and relations with malignant neoplastic hematologic disorders,which may become a new therapeutic approach of malignant hematologic disease.
