| 摘 要： | 踝关节骨折是常见的关节内骨折,如治疗不当,很易引起关节功能障碍和创伤性关节炎。2005年3月至2007年11月采用手法闭合复位,“U”形石膏外固定配合早期功能锻炼治疗本病53例,取得满意疗效,报告如下。
