腹腔镜联合手术113例的临床应用分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜联合手术临床应用的可靠性,优越性及手术原则。方法:回顾分析2000年5月～2005年9月113例腹腔镜联合手术的临床资料。结果:全部病例顺利完成,无中转开腹及并发症,与同期单器官腹腔镜手术者比较,术后平均留院时间相近。结论:腹腔镜联合手术安全可靠,只要严格掌握手术指征,能够安全有效地一次性处理多个脏器疾病,减轻病人痛苦,节省医疗费用。

Clinical analysis of 113 cases laparoscope comlined with operation

Objective: To explore the feasibility, advantages and principle of combined laparoscopic aurgery.Methods: 113 cases who received combined laparoscopic surgery from May 2000 to september 2004 were retrospectively analyzed.Results: All laparoscopic procedures were successfully complicatively analyzed. No one needed to be converted to laparotomy and had postoperative complications.postoperative stay was similar to that of patients under laparoscopic mono-organ surgery in the same time.Conclusion: Combined laparoscopic surgery can be preformed convebiently. As long as indications for CLS, we can treat multiple abdominal diseases safely and effectively. It can reduce the pain of patients and the cost.
