| 摘 要： | 跨入21世纪，卫生管理专业人才培养体系发生了很大转变。该调查选取开设卫生事业管理专业的高校中较具代表性的17所，分别收集其卫生事业管理专业的人才培养方案，通过共性与个性分析，了解目前我国卫生事业管理专业培养方案的改进情况，为进一步优化卫生事业管理专业人才的培养提供参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | The health management talent cultivating system has changed a lot in the 21century. In this survey 17 universities of- fering health management major have been chosen, talent cultivating schemes have been collected and the common and individual analyses have been made to realize the status. Some references are offered for the optimization of health management talent cultivation. |
