晚发性维生素K缺乏伴颅内出血30例分析

目的探讨晚发性维生素K缺乏伴颅内出血的影响因素及防治情况。方法回顾性分析我院2005年11月—2009年2月收治的30例晚发性维生素K缺乏伴颅内出血患儿的临床资料。结果晚发性维生素K缺乏伴颅内出血的发病与性别、年龄无关（P〉0.05）,与母乳喂养、腹泻、使用抗生素和肝功能异常有关（P〈0.01）。本组28例治愈出院,2例放弃治疗死亡。结论针对晚发性维生素K缺乏伴颅内出血发病的影响因素进行预防,减少发病率;一旦发病,在使用维生素K止血的同时进行输血及对症处理,预后较好。

Late Vitamin K Deficiency with Intracranial Hemorrhage in 50 Cases

OBJECTIVE To explore the related factors and prevention of late vitamin K deficiency with intracranial hemorrhage. METHOD The clinical data of 30 cases of late vitamin K deficiency with intracranial hemorrhage from November 2005 to February 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS The incidence of late vitamin K deficiency with intracranial hemorrhage with sex, age was no significant correlation （P〉0.05） , but related with breast feeding, diarrhea, application of antibiotics, abnormal liver function （P〈0.01） . 28 cases of this group discharged, 2 cases relinquished treatment and died. CONCLUSION According to the related factors of late vitamin K deficiency with intracranial hemorrhage to prevent and reduce morbidity. In the treatment the vitamin Kis used ,the blood transfusion and heteropathy are given at the same time ,and the prognosis is good.
