功能性消化不良的心理分析和心理干预的疗效观察

目的了解功能性消化不良(FD)患者的心理健康状况、个性特征及有效的治疗措施。方法采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对60例FD患者和100例健康人进行测试。结果FD患者EPQ内外向(E)得分低于对照组,神经质(N)因素得分高于对照组;SCL-90 FD患者总分及阳性项目均分均升高;SDS和SAS量表FD患者得分也明显高于对照组。FD患者应用心理干预疗法合并适量抗抑郁、焦虑药物治疗3个月,各量表均分治疗后减分显著,53例好转,有效率达88.34%。结论FD患者存在性格内向、情绪不稳定的个性和抑郁、焦虑、人际关系紧张的不良精神心理状态。对FD患者的治疗除常规用药外,还应注重对患者的心理因素采取措施。心理治疗也是治疗FD的一个重要措施。

Psychological Analysis and Efficacy Observation on Intervention Psychotherapy in Patients with Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To understand the psychological conditions,personality features and effective therapeutic measures of patients with functional dyspepsia(FD).Method 60 cases of FD and 100 healthy people were investigated through EPQ,SCL-90,SDS and SAS.Results As for EPQ results,the score of extraversion-introversion in FD group was lower than that in control group,while the score of neuroticism in FD group was higher than that in control group.As for SCL-90,the total scores and average positive scores increased.In addition,the scores of SDS and SAS in FD group were significantly higher than those in control group.After 3 months of treatment with intervention psychotherapy and antidepressants,antianxietpoy drugs for FD patients,the average scores of every scales decreased significantly.53 cases of FD improved,the effective rate was 88.34%.Conclusions FD patients present unhealthy mental and psychological conditions such as introversion personality,instable emotion,depression,anxiety and tense social relations.Besides of routine pharmacotherapy,more attention should be paid on psychic factors of FD patients.Psychotherapy is one of important measures for the treatment of FD.
