小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症100例疗效观察

目的:观察小针刀结合手法治疗腰椎间盘的疗效。方法:将在院治疗的腰间盘患者100例随机分组对照治疗,治疗组60例采用小针刀结合手法治疗。对照组40例采用针灸、牵引等其他疗法。结果:治疗组优良率为83%,对照组为50%,两组差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:小针刀结合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著、优于其他方法。

Small knife treatment of lumbar disc herniation of 100 patients

Objective： To observe the small knife and Manipulative treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc treatment. Methods： In the hospi- tal for treatment of lumbar disc 100 patients randomized to the control treatment group 60 cases combined with manual therapy using a small knife. Control group, 40 cases of the use of acupuncture, traction and other therapies. Results： The treatment group was 83% excellent, 50% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： small knife and Manipulative treatment of lumbar disc herniation was significantly superior to other methods.
