| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸在脑部疾病中的诊断价值。方法:用酶法检测483例不同脑部疾病患者和100例健康人员的血清同型半胱氨酸,进行分析比较。结果:各疾病组的Hcy水平和阳性率均明显高于对照组(P0.001),而各组之间Hcy水平和阳性率差异却无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:高Hcy存在于脑部多种病变中,而非只是脑血管病的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of homocysteine （Hcy） in brain diseases .Methods Enzymatic detection and Comparative analysis the value of serum homocysteine with 483 cases of different brain disease patients and 100 healthy personnel .Results The homocysteine levels and positive rate of disease group were significantly higher than control group （P〈0.001）. The levels and the positive rate of homocysteine between groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion High Hey existed in a variety of pathological changes in the brain, rather than just as risk factors of cerebrovascular disease. |
