| 摘 要： | 目的:总结掌握内蒙古某县人间布鲁氏菌病的流行特点,以启示现在和未来对该病的预防控制措施。方法:收集整理该县历史以来相关疫情资料并加以对比。结果:具有以下流行特点:布病呈点状分布和流行,以国营牧场、牧区、牧民中20岁以上男性发病居多,在牧区呈蔓延之势。6~7年左右出现一流行高峰。结论:60~80年代,疫情较活跃,人间布鲁氏菌病发病率较高;80年代后期显著下降,90年代初达到国家"稳定控制布病"的标准。跨世纪后,布鲁氏菌病疫情活跃,阳性率恢复至70年代初期水平。

| Abstract: | Objective：Summarize and grasp the epidemic characteristics of human brucellosis somewhere in inner Mongolia,enlightenment on present and future of the disease prevention and control measures.Method： Collect Hou Qi history related epidemic data and contrasted. Result： Popular has the following characteristics, brucella are dotted and Popular,with state-owned farms, pastoral areas, herders in men over the age of 20,disease spreading in pastoral areas,6-7 years or there is a popular boom. Conclusion： The epidemic situation of 60s 80＇s is active, higher incidence of human brucellosis. A significant reduction in the late 80＇s and early 90＇s of the brucella ＂stability control standards＂.2011 years later,the outbreak rebounded,the positive rate of return to the early 70＇s levels. |
