某区港务局员工健康体检资料浅析及对策

目的:探讨某区港务局员工健康状况,分析影响健康的主要因素,制定相关的健康教育对策。方法:对2011年某区港务局285例在职员工体检资料进行回顾性分析,将体检指标异常检出率前四位的脂肪肝、高脂血症、高尿酸血症、高血压进行分析比较。结果:不同年龄、性别在职员工体检指标异常率均有显著性差异(P0.01或P0.05)。结论:本调查对象健康状况不容乐观。应加强在职员工的健康教育和健康管理,定期体检,科学饮食,改变不良生活习惯,做好早期的预防保健。

The port authority one district empeoye heasth physiced examina tion date andysis and countemeasures

Objective： To investigate the health status of a district Port Authority employees, analyze the main factors that affect health, and make the relevant Health Education. Methods： The health examination data of 285 employees in a district of Port Authority measured in 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. The top four physical abanrmalities were fatty liver, hyperlipemia, hypeuricemia and hypertension, which were analyzed and compared. Results： There were significant difference （P〈O.01 or P〈O.05） in the top four physical abnormalities in different ages and genders of the employees. Conclusion： The health statuses of the employees were not optimistic. More health education, health management, and regular health examination were needed for the employees. And the employees should have science diets, and get rid of the bad habits for a good early prevention and healthcare.
