TACE术联合中药汤剂治疗原发性肝癌的临床观察

目的:观察单纯TACE术、TACE术联合中药汤剂治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2011年7月~2012年7月原发性肝癌住院患者59例,随机分为对照组和观察组。其中,对照组29例,单纯应用TACE治疗;观察组30例,TACE术后应用自拟中药汤剂治疗。比较两组患者的AFP、肝功能、血常规(术前及术后1d、7d、14d、28d)等指标,及术后临床症状、生存质量。结果:观察组AFP下降显著(P0.05),差异有统计学意义。观察组术后ALT、WBC恢复明显优于对照组(P0.05),差异有统计学意义。观察组在提高患者术后生存质量、改善临床症状及不良反应方面明显优于对照组(P0.05);在近期疗效方面,本研究总有效率为61.0%,对照组为51.7%,观察组为70.0%,优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:本研究显示,TACE术后应用中药汤剂能显著降低原发性肝癌患者AFP水平,同时能较快消除TACE术所致的不良反应,明显改善临床症状、提高生存质量。

Clinical Observation of TACE Combined with Chinese Herbal Decoction In the treatment of hepatocarcinoma

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of hepatic arterial chemoembolization （TACE）combined with Chinese herbal decoction in patients with hepatocarcinoma. Methods：Selected 59 hepatocarcinoma patients in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2012 randomly, 29 patients were as- signed to receive TACE alone （control group,n=29）while 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made Decoction after TACE. Observation the AFP, liver function, blood routine test （preoperative and postoperative ld, 7d, 14d, 28d） , and postoperative clinical symptoms and quality of life. Results： in the treatment group AFP decreased significantly（P〈0.05 ）, and postoperative ALT, WBC recovery were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Patients with symptomatic improvement and the quality of life improvements in treatment group also better than the control group （P〈0.05）;the near future of efficacy, the total effective rate was 61.0% , the treatment group was 70.0%, better than the control group 51.7%（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： This study shows that TACE combined with Chinese herbal Decoction can significantly lower AFP levels and decrease the adverse reactions, improve clinical efficacy and living quality in patients with hepatocarcinoma.
