北京市宾馆饭店生活热水军团菌污染调查

摘    要:目的为了了解生活热水军团菌污染状况,寻找重点污染环节,推测可能污染原因,为预防控制生活热水军团菌污染提供科学依据,特开展此次研究。方法选择北京市5家三星级以上宾馆饭店进行基本情况调查,采集生活热水,进行实验室军团菌病原学检测,同时测定水温。结果所调查的5家宾馆饭店中有2家检出军团菌,76份水样中有5份阳性水样,阳性率为6.58%,混水罐、储水容器和末梢水三个环节有检出,阳性率分别为25.00%、33.33%和4.35%,三者之间无明显差异。三个环节未放水条件下的阳性率高于放水后的阳性率。结论生活热水存在军团菌的污染,并且在混水罐、储水容器和末梢水三个环节有阳性检出,初步推断其为重点污染环节,并受水温、供水结构、以及采水方式等因素的影响。建议今后重点加强关键环节的日常管理,消除污染隐患。

Abstract:Objective To investigate Legionella contamination in warm potable water at hotels, find out its key links and explore its potential causes to provide scientific evidence for its prevention and control. Methods Five hotels of three-star class or above were selected from Dongcheng District, Beijing and their general information and warm potable water specimens were collected for measuring its temperature and isolating Legionella in laboratory. Results Legionella was isolated from five of 76 specimens of warm water collected from two of the five hotels investigated, with positive rate of Legionella pneumophila (Lp) 6.58 percent, 25.00 percent,33.33 percent and 4.35 percent in the water mixing jar, water tank and terminal warm water, respectively, but their difference did not reach a level of statistically significance. Positive rate of Lp was higher in the water prior to its running out than that after running out. Conclusion There was Legionella contamination in warm potable water at hotels of Dongcheng District, either in water mixing jar, water tank or terminal water, which might be key links of the contamination and influenced by water temperature, structure water supply system and mode of water collection at hotels. It is suggested that management for those key links of water contamination should be strengthened to eliminate hidden dangers for Legionella contamination.
