| 摘 要： | 目的评价胃代食管术在重建下咽及颈段食管中的临床应用价值。方法对22例下咽及颈段食管癌手术治疗患者采用胃代食管术重建下咽及颈段食管，评价临床疗效。结果Kaplan—Meier法计算生存率，其3年生存率为75％，5年生存率为40％。结论胃代食管术是治疗下咽及颈段食管癌的较佳术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the replacement of cervical esophagus with stomach for reconstruction of hypopharynx and cervical esophagus.Methods Twenty two patients with hypopharyngeal and/or cervical esophageal carcinomas were treated by total pharyngo-laryngo-esophagectomy plus pharyngo-gastric anastomosis.Results According to Kaplanmeier, the 3-year and 5-year survival rates were 75% and 40% respectively.Conclusion The replacement of cervical esophagus with stomach is an advisable treatment for cancers of the hypopharynx and cervical esophagus. |
