| 摘 要： | 目的探讨HP感染对脂代谢的影响。方法用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定心血管疾病患者192例的血清HPIgG、TC、TG、ApoA1、ApoB、Lp(a)、HIDL-C、LDL-C。结果HP感染者108例，未感染HP者84例，t检验显示HP感染可明显升高血清TG和ApoB浓度(P＜0.05)。结论HP感染可引起脂代谢紊乱，可能机制为HP感染抑制了脂蛋白酶的活性与分泌。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of helicobacter pylori (HP) infection on the lipid metabolism in patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods ELISA was employed to measure serum specific IgG antibodies to HP (HPIgG) and the serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1), apolipoprotein B (ApoB), apolipoprotein (a) [Lp (a)], high density apolipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c), and low density apolipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c) in 192 patients.Results 108 patients were infected by HP, while 84 were not. T test indicated that the levels of serum TG and ApoB in the cases of HP infection were obviously increased (P<0.05). Conclusion HP infection might cause disorder in the lipid metabolism. The possible mechanism might be that the HP infection can suppress activity and secretion of lipoprotein lipase. |
