| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨膝关节镜下自体半腱肌和股薄肌腱移植双束重建膝关节后外侧角(PLC)患者围术期的护理方法.方法:对21例自体半腱肌和股薄肌腱移植双束重建PLC手术患者,积极做好术前护理、术后护理、功能锻炼、出院指导.结果:本组随访12～31个月,平均26.7个月,屈膝活动均达到120°～130°;Lysholm膝关节评分为88～100分,平均89.2分.结论:加强围术期护理是确保膝关节镜手术顺利进行的关键.
