维生素B1治疗迟发性胰性脑病的临床研究

目的 :对用维生素B1 治疗迟发性胰性脑病的机制及疗效进行探讨。方法 :对符合迟发性胰性脑病的患者 ,5例给予常规的对症治疗称常规治疗组 ,7例给予维生素B1 肌注 ,并给予复合维生素B口服 ,称维生素B1 组 ,比较两组的疗效。结果 :常规治疗组 5例全部死亡 ,维生素B1 组均获痊愈。结论 :维生素B1 治疗迟发性胰性脑病有效 ,提示迟发性胰性脑病系维生素B1 缺乏所致 ,对于急性胰腺炎患者注意维生素B1 的补充可望防止本病的发生

linical Study for Vitamin B1 on the Delayed Pancreatic Encephalopathy

Objective:To study the effect by vitamin B 1 the treatment on the delayed pancreatic encephalopathy(DPE) and explore the etiology,pathogenesis of the DPE.Methods:Of the 12 patients with DPE, firstly five were divided into routine treatment group that by suit the remedy to the case,and subsequence seven were divided into vitamin B1 group that by treatment of vitamin B 1.Results:The five of routine treatment group were death total and the seven of vitamin B1 group were all fully recover from DPE.Conclusions:Vitamin B1 administration could succeed for the therapy and prevent of DPE.
