| 摘 要： | 为评价深圳市福田区二级公立医院的绩效。本文运用文献法确定了15个医院绩效评价的指标，并邀请7位专家运用分层AHP法确定了各指标的权重，进而形成了一整套绩效评价的体系。笔者为后续研究于打下基础，并以资同类型医院借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper uses literature method to confirm fifteen indexes for hospital performance assessment in Futian district of Shenzhen. Seven experts were invited to confirm the weight of the indexes by the stratified AHP method in order to form a set of performance assessment system. This paper is the base of the latter research and the reference for the similar hospital assessment. |
