| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声及X线钼靶检查联合应用在早期乳腺癌诊断中的实用价值.方法:对136例经术后病理证实的女性乳腺癌患者,术前的彩色多普勒超声和X线钼靶检查结果进行比较并与病理结果对比分析.结果:彩色多普勒超声及X线钼靶检查对乳腺癌诊断的敏感性分别为86.0%、74.3%,两者联合应用诊断的敏感性为92.6%.结论:彩色多普勒超声与钼靶x线检查相结合可显著提高乳腺癌的诊断阳性率.

| Abstract: | Objective: To access the utility of ultrasonography combining with mammography in diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods:136 cases of breast cancer confirmed histologically after operation were all preoperative performed with mammography and ultrasonography,and the results were compared and were analyzed contrasting with the histologically results.Results: Sensitivity of diagnosing breast cancer with ultrasonography mammography were 86.0% and 74.3% respectively.Sensitivity of ultrasonography combining with mammography was 92.6%.Conclusion: Complementation of ultrasonography and mammography can significantly enhance the diagnosis rate of breast cancer. |
