快速诊断人畜旋毛虫病ELISA试剂盒的研制及应用

本研究建立了快速诊断人畜旋毛虫病的ELISA试剂盒,该试剂盒与常规ELISA平行检测107例旋毛虫病人血清,阳性率分别为99.07％和97.19％;检测10份感染旋毛虫的病猪血清、5份病豚鼠血清、4份病犬血清、5份病兔血清,除病兔的阳性率两法均为80％外,其余两法均为100％。实验证明该试剂盒具有较好的特异性和重复性,已在全国人体寄生虫病分布调查中推广应用。

The Development and Application of Rapid ELISA Kit for Diagnosis of Zoonotic Trichinosis

A kit of rapid ELISA for diagnosis of trichinosis has been developed and used to determine serum samples from 107 cases with trichinosis in paralell with the routine ELISA with the result that positive rate was 99. 07% (106/107) for the former and 97. 19% (104/107) for the latter. They were also used to determine serum samples from 10 pigs,4 dogs and 5 rabbits infected with trichina with positive rate 100% for pigs and dogs and 80% for rabbits. No significant differences were found between the two methods of ELISA in sensitivity and specificity (P>0. 05). Serum samples from normal human individuals,normal animals and cases with other parasitic infections were examined by the same two methods and showed that the rapid ELISA kit had better specificity. Good reproducibility was shown by the variate coefficient within one batch and different batches of the kit was 6. 37% by comparising with that of 5. 99% of the routine one. The rapid ELISA kits have been applicated to the investigation programme of parasitic diseases in whole China.
