免疫酶染色试验诊断弓形虫感染的研究

摘    要:以弓形虫的玻片为抗原,进行了免疫酶染色试验(IEST),检测11份阳性兔血清和34份弓形虫病人血清,阳性率分别是100%和94.1%。4份阴性兔血清和108份阴性人血清,其假阳性率为0%和1.85%。此法与血吸虫病、肺吸虫病、疟疾等均无交叉反应,表明对弓形虫有较高的特异性。15份已知血清每隔半月进行了4次重复试验,其符合率及GRMT均无显著性差异。此法还对健康体检者、不良生育史孕妇和智力低下的儿童进行了检测,其结果分别为8.46%、16.33%和28.26%。此检出结果与IFA无差异。本法具简单、经济、敏感、特异、重复性好等优点,可在现场推广应用。

Abstract:An Immunoenzymic Staining test (1EST) was developed for the diagnosis of Toxoplasma infections. Of 11 positive rabbit sera and 35 positive person sera with both IHA and IFA , the positive rates dectected by IEST were 100% and 94. 1% respectively. Of 4 negative rabbit sera and 108 negative personal sera, the positive rates were O and 1. 87%. The IEST were repeated every 2 weeks, and It was found that there were no significant difference in detection rates and GRMT between them. So it showed that IEST was very specific and sensitive in the diagnosis of Toxoplasma infections. Using IEST in screening the sera of 130 healthy persons, 49 sera from the women with historically abnormal pregnancy and 46 sera of mentally retarded children, the positive rates were 8.46%, 16.33% and 28. 26% respectively.
