长春地区产妇胎儿间弓形虫感染垂直传播的研究

ELISA检测长春地区产妇既往弓形虫感染率为5.44％,新近感染率为6.84％,母儿间垂直传播率为16.67％。从优生角度出发,应唤起妇幼保健工作者对孕妇弓形虫感染的足够重视,婚前妇女及孕妇应常规用ELISA进行弓形虫特异IgG、IgM的检测,对孕早期弓形虫感染应予中断妊娠,以免畸形儿出生,对孕中晚期弓形虫感染者,应做好监测及治疗,避免在弓形虫感染期间妊娠以及妊娠期间避免弓形虫感染。

Study on the Vertical Transmission of Toxoplasma for Puerpera to Fetus in Changchun

We tested the puerpera with toxoplasma infection by ELISA in Changchun. It' s found that the original infection rate was 5. 44%,the recent infection rate 6. 84% ,and the vertical transmission rate 16. 67%. From the eugenic veiw,great attention must be paid to women' s toxoplasmic infection. We suggest that all gravida have to be tested for toxopasma specific IgG. IgM. as well as all wowen before marriage. When the infection is in the first 3 months of pregnancy ,interruption must be stopped. When in the second and third trimester, we must monitor it carefully and give an appropriate treatment.
