诺衡和泛硫乙胺对糖尿病患者抗脂质过氧化的随机对照研究

摘    要:作者采用随机对照的方法,观察了调脂药诺衡和泛硫乙胺对糖尿病患者脂质过氧化的影响。结果表明,诺衡可使糖尿病患者血中的过氧化脂和过氧化-低密度脂蛋白明显降低,分别降低41.4%相43.2%,且优于泛硫乙胺。

A RANDOMIZED CONTROL STUDY OF GEMFIBROZIL AND PANTETHINE ON ANTI-LIPID-PEROZIDATON IN DIABETES MELLITUS

Abstract:Randomized control study of gemfibrozil and pantethine was made in 39 NIDDM patients to compare their effect on anti-lipid-peroxidation. The patients were divided into two groups at random. One group took gcmfibrozil 900 mg/d for 4 weeks, the ether group took pantethine 540 mg/d for 4 weeks. The results showed that there were no significant change in faslirg plasma glucose and HbA1 in both groups before and after treatment. The effects on lipicls and lipcproteins in gemfi- barozil and pantethine groups were as follows: TC decreased by 18.15% and 8.75% (P<0.05), TG decreased by 66.63% and 28.17% (P<0.001), HDL-G increased by 44.06% and 26.02% (P<0.001), VLDL-C decreased by 62.89% and 25.14% (P<0.001) respectively. These data suggest that gemfibrozil is more potent than pantethine on lipid regulation. The effect of gemfibrozil and pantcthine on Jipid-peroxidation revealed that LPO decreased by 41.4% and 19.34% (P< 0.05) and MDA-LDL decreased by 43.2% and 21.22% (P<0.05) respectively. These results suggest that gemfibrozil is more effective than pantethine in anti-lipid-peroxidation.
