| 摘 要： | 目的：评价１６４０培养液在阴道滴虫体外培养中的应用效果。方法；在ＲＰＭＩ１６４０培养液中加入其它在份，配制成新的阴道滴虫培养基。观察其对阴道滴虫的培养效果，并与ＣＰＬＭ培养基作比较。结果：滴虫在两种培养基中的增殖倍数有显著性差异。在临床标本中分离方面与ＣＰＬＭ培养基无明显差异，但在保种时间上比ＣＰＬＭ培养基较长。结论：ＲＰＭＩ１６４０培养液应用于阴道滴虫培养中效果良好。

THE APPLICATION OF RPMI 1640 MEDIUM IN CULTURE OF TRICHOMONAS VAGINALIS |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of RPMI 1640 medium in culture of Trichomonas vaginalis (T.vaginalis).Methods:Modified RPMI1640 medium was made by adding other elements into RPMI 1640 medium.The effect of the modified medium in culture of T.vaginalis was observed and compared with the effect of CPLM medium.Results:There was significant difference in multiplication ( P <0 01),but no difference in isolation of clinical samples.In addition the T.vaginalis kept alive for longer time in modified medium than in CPLM medium.Conclusion:The modified RPMI1640 medium applied in culture of T.vaginalis has good effect. |
