| 摘 要： | 射频消融技术是一种安全的微创介入技术,但该技术在治疗肾脏肿瘤方面仍处于起步期,本文简要介绍了该技术的发展历史、原理及其基本设备,并主要回顾了该技术在肾癌治疗方面的基础研究和临床应用、潜在的并发症、影像监测及疗效评价等有关问题。

| Abstract: | Radiofrequency ablation is a safe and minimally invasive technique,but it is still in the initial stage in the treatment of renal tumors.This article briefly introduces the technical development,principle and equipment.The fundamental research and clinical application,potential complication,imaging monitoring and effect evaluation are mainly reviewed. |
