妊娠期糖尿病130例诊治分析

目的:通过筛查早期诊断和治疗妊娠期糖尿病,减少母婴并发症,提高产科质量。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年1月至2008年12月诊治的妊娠期糖尿病130例,与随机选择同期中非妊娠期糖尿病,无内外科并发症的孕妇130例,就产科并发症如妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、胎儿窘迫、巨大儿的发生率与对照组相比。结果:两组病例孕产妇并发症及对胎儿影响无显著性差异。结论:通过早期筛查诊断和治疗妊娠期糖尿病,适当放宽剖宫产指征,可以很好地控制母婴并发症的出现。

Analysis of 130 gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective: To investigate the early screening,diagnosis and timely treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus(GDM),and reduce the occurrence of fetomaternal complications,improve the quality of pregnancy.Methods: To retrospective analyze 130 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM group) and the random selection of nondiabetic,no surgical and medical comp lications in pregnant women hospitalized 130 cases in the same period(control group) of our hospital from January 2008 to December 2008.during the diagnosis and treatment.Materna complications,polyhydramnios,hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,fetal distress,fetal macrosomia.Results: There was no significant difference between GDM group and control group in the incidence of maternal and neonatal complications.Conclusion: Gestational diabetes mellitus early screening,diagnosis and timely treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus,appropriate relaxation of cesarean section indication conclusion can reduce the comp lications of maternal and neonatal.
