经阴道超声诊断宫颈病变—附124例病理对照分析

目的 探讨宫颈病变的声像图特征并与病理对照，以提高诊断的符合率。方法 对124例宫颈病变经阴道超声检查并与病理对照，分析误诊原因。结果 宫颈良性病变的诊断符合率86．67％（66／73），宫颈囊肿、宫颈肌瘤、宫颈肥大声像特征明显，诊断符合率较高；宫颈恶性病变诊断符合率92．16％（47／51），且可提示宫颈周围的浸润程度。误诊原因影响诊断正确率。结论 经阴道超声检查诊断宫颈病变，可为临床提供可靠的诊断依据。

Application of Transvaginal Sonography in Diagnosis of 124 Cervix Lesions and Conparing with Pathologic Examination

Objective To investigate transvaginal sonographic features of cervix lesion and its pathologic changes.Methods 124 patients of cervix lesion were examined by transvaginal sonography,all of them conpared with the pathological examination.The factors causing mis-diagnosis of lesions were analyzed.Results Rate of diagnosis coincidence in cervix benign lesions is 86.67%(66/73).Cervix cyst,myoma,hypertrophy were the most feature finding. Rate of diagnosis coincidence in cervix malignant lesions is 92.16%(47/51).Invading of around cervix was indicated, rate of correct diagnosis was affected by factors of mis-diagnosis Conclusion Diagnosis of cervis lesion of transvaginal sonography may provide reliabie basis of cervix lesion for clinic.
