中药灌肠治疗前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛痛的疗效分析

目的：观察中药灌肠对前列腺电切（TURP）术后膀胱痉挛发生率的影响。方法：选取100例需行TURP术的患者,随机分为2组,每组50例,治疗组予以术前3天,术后3天少腹逐瘀汤灌肠,对照组予以术前3天,术后3天口服酒石酸托特罗定。观察术后膀胱痉挛痛发生率。采用卡方检验进行统计学分析。结果：术后4h、48h、72h两组膀胱痉挛痛发生率比较,P〉0.05,无统计学差异。12h,24h两组膀胱痉挛痛发生率比较,0.01〈P〈0.05,有统计学差异。结论：少腹逐瘀汤灌肠治疗TURP术后膀胱痉挛痛效果优于对照组,本方法符合传统中医理论,亦符合现代医药学理论,值得应用推广。

The Efficacy Analysis of Clyster with Chinese Medicine in Bladder Spastic Ache After Transurethral Resection of Prostate

Objective：To observe the effects of clyster with chinese medicine in Bladder spastic ache after transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP）.Methods：100 cases of BPH receiving TURP were randomly divided into two groups ：observation group and control group,and each group has 50 patients. In observation group,patients received clyster with Shaofuzhuyu Decoction for 3 days before TURP,and continued for 3 days after TURP. In control group,patients received oral tolterodine tartrate 2 mg twice a day before and after TURP for 3 days. Observation the incidence of Bladder spastic ache after TURP. Using chi-square test to analyze.Results：At 4-hour,48-hour,72-hour,the incidence of bladder spastic in observation group compared with control group has no significant statistical difference （P0.05）. At 12-hour and 24-hour ,the incidence of bladder spastic in observation group was lower than in control group （0.01 P 0.05）,there was significant statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion：Shaofuzhuyu Decoction treatment of Bladder spastic after TURP is better than the control group,this approach is consistent with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,also in line with theories of modern medicine,it is worth promoting.
