| 摘 要： | 从古代医案的角度探讨心肾相关性的理论内涵和临床价值,提出心肾相交涉及多脏腑的相互协调,心肾共同主宰人身之阳气,耳舌为心肾共主之窍,脑为心肾共同主宰等观点,认为心肾之间存在任何其他两脏无法比拟的密切联系,体现中医整体观念的多层次内涵。

| Abstract: | Theoretical connotation and clinical value of heart-kidney relevance have been researched from the standpoint of ancient case records. Many organs participate in the Coordination between heart and kidney; Yang-Qi of human body is governed by both heart and kidney; ears and tongue are the common orifice of heart and kidney; brain is dominated by both heart and kidney. These viewpoints confirm that heart-kidney relation is the closest among all the organs, which manifests the diversified connotation of TCM holism concept. |
