| 摘 要： | 目的：以绿原酸含量为指标,研究鼻咽解毒颗粒的水提工艺。方法：采用正交试验法,考察加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间和煎煮次数4因素对绿原酸含量的影响。结果：工艺条件以原方药材加10倍量的水,浸泡0.5h,煎煮1.5h,煎煮2次为佳。结论：该水提工艺稳定性好,绿原酸含量高,适合工业生产。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the extraction conditions of Biyan Jiedu Granule,Chlorogenic acid as marker.Methods： Orthogonal test was used to evaluate the influence of the 4 factors,including the amount of water,the soaking time,the extracting time by relux and the time number.Results： The optimum extraction is as follows：ten times of water,soakinging for 0.5 hours extracting tiwce by relux,1.5 hour every time.Conclusion：The optimum extraction is stable.Chlorogenic acid is higher and this procession is suitable for production. |
