摘    要:目的:以绿原酸含量为指标,研究鼻咽解毒颗粒的水提工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,考察加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间和煎煮次数4因素对绿原酸含量的影响。结果:工艺条件以原方药材加10倍量的水,浸泡0.5h,煎煮1.5h,煎煮2次为佳。结论:该水提工艺稳定性好,绿原酸含量高,适合工业生产。

Abstract:Objective: To study the extraction conditions of Biyan Jiedu Granule,Chlorogenic acid as marker.Methods: Orthogonal test was used to evaluate the influence of the 4 factors,including the amount of water,the soaking time,the extracting time by relux and the time number.Results: The optimum extraction is as follows:ten times of water,soakinging for 0.5 hours extracting tiwce by relux,1.5 hour every time.Conclusion:The optimum extraction is stable.Chlorogenic acid is higher and this procession is suitable for production.
