通痹合剂对雄性大鼠生殖器官的毒性影响

目的：观察通痹合剂对雄性大鼠生殖器官的毒性影响。方法：27只成熟雄性SD大鼠,随机分成3组,每组9只：对照组喂服生理盐水10mL·kg^-1·d^-1,合剂1组喂服合剂30g·kg^-1·d^-1,合剂2组喂服合剂10g·kg^-1·d^-1,60天后处死。检测睾丸系数、精子密度、形态、活力等。光镜观察睾丸和附睾组织的病理变化。结果：与对照组比较,合剂1组睾丸系数、精子密度显著下降（P〈0.01）,合剂2组无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。给药组精子形态异常,活动力丧失。光镜下合剂1组睾丸组织严重损伤,合剂2组睾丸组织几乎无损伤。结论：通痹合剂具有明显的抗雄性生育作用,其影响程度呈剂量-效应关系。

Toxic Effects of Tong Bi Composition on Testicle Tissue in Rats

Objective：To study the toxic effects of Tong Bi Composition on reproduct ive organs in male rats.Methods：27 male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,9 in each group.The control group were given by normal saline at a dose of 10mL.kg-1.d-1,while the Composition-one group were given Tong Bi Composition at a dose of 30g.kg-1.d-1,the Com-position-two group at a dose of 10g.kg-1.d-1.After 60 days,the rats were sacrificed.The weight,relative testis weight,sperm density as well as the total activity were comparatively analyzed.The pathological changes in testicular and epididymides tissue were observed by optical microscope.Results：Compared with the control group,a significant decrease in relative testis weight and sperm density were seen in the Composition-one group（P 〈 0.01）,but not in the Composition-two group（P 〉 0.05）.In two experiment groups the motility of sperm from caudal epididymides dropped to zero,and diastrophic sperms were seen,especially many in the Composition-one group.The testicular lesion in rats caused by Tong Bi Composition Was observed in Composition-one group much more seriously than that in Composition-two group.Conclusion：In male rats,Tong Bi Compo-sition has obvious anti-reproductive effects,which are dose-dependent.
