中镇六穴结合梅花针刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

目的：观察中镇六穴结合梅花针刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法：将65例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随即分为两组,治疗组采用中镇六穴结合梅花针刺络拔罐治疗,对照组口服消炎痛;观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分及生活质量的改善。结果：治疗后,治疗组总有效率90.91%,对照组总有效率65.63%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中镇六穴结合梅花针刺络拔罐疗法对带状疱疹后遗神经痛症状体征的改善及疗效肯定。

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Zhongzhen Liuxue COMBINED with Plum Needle and Cupping on Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective：To observe the effect of Zhongzhen Liuxue combined with plum needle and cupping when treating postherpetic neuralgia patients.Methods：65 patients were randomized divided into Treatment Group and Control Group,the Treatment Group was treated with Zhongzhen Liuxue combined with plum needle and cupping,the Control Group was treated with Indomethacin.The Visual Analogue Scales and the MOS 36-item Short-form Health Survey were evaluated before and after the treatment,respectively.Results：The total therapeutic effective rate of Treatment Group is 90.91%,the total therapeutic effective rate of Control Group is 65.63%,there were significant differences between the Treatment Group and the Control Group on the total therapeutic effective rat,VAS,and the MOS 36-item Short-form Health Survey,respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic method of Zhongzhen Liuxue combined with plum needle and cupping can relieve the symptoms of Postherpetic Neuralgia and its effect is definite.
