人参皂苷Rg1对四氧嘧啶致小鼠糖尿病降糖作用的研究

摘    要:目的:研究人参皂苷Rg1对四氧嘧啶致小鼠糖尿病的降糖作用。方法:采用小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病小鼠模型,在该模型上,以格列齐特为阳性对照,研究人参皂苷Rg1灌胃给药对糖尿病小鼠血糖、糖原和抗氧化酶的影响。结果:人参皂苷Rg1低剂量对糖尿病小鼠有明显的降糖作用,而对糖耐量没有明显的改善作用。此外,人参皂苷Rg1能促进肌糖原的合成,剂量依赖性地增加肝脏超氧化物歧化酶的活力。结论:人参皂苷Rg1在一定的剂量范围内能降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,显著提高SOD的活力,提示人参皂苷Rg1可能对糖尿病并发症有一定的防治作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of panaxsaponin Rg1 on alloxan-induced diabetic mice.Methods:Mice were injected with alloxan 85mg/kg body weight through tail vein to induce diabetic animals.The effects of panaxsaponin Rg1 on the blood glucose,glycogen and activities of antioxidases were investigated in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.Results :Panaxsaponin Rg1 and gliclazide significantly reduced the non-fasting blood glucose level in dia-betic mice.Nevertheless,panaxsaponin Rg1 significantly increased muscle glycogen content,and dose-dependently aug-mented the activity would be benefited to prevention and treatment of complication of diabetes
